Reiki Classes
 

In Reiki level 1, this full-day academic and experiential class is divided into four sections or initiations, each about two hours. By the 4th initiation, you will have the wisdom and access to Reiki to use on yourself in daily self-practice.

Through this course, you will learn:​

  • The history of Reiki and how it has changed over time

  • How to use Reiki as a healing and personal growth system

  • How to visualize the locations of the meridian and chakra energy systems in the body

  • The foundation treatment of the different hand positions: front of the body, head and back of the body


At the end of the class, you will be able to apply Reiki energy to yourself and others.

Reiki level 1 is complete in itself. You do not need to take the next level unless you choose to do so.

reiki level II

Reiki level 2 is the next step to advance you in your journey.  This class is open to those who have completed Reiki level 1. In this class you will receive two initiations and learn new techniques to enhance your practice plus  how to give Reiki for distant healing, helping others from a distance. 
 

Through this course, you will learn:​

  • Guided techniques to help you access your intuition 

  • Explore methods for performing Reiki from a distance

  • Practice using the Reiki symbols to create balance and to connect with your higher self
