Past Life


Past Life Regression is a process where you are taken, or you take someone else, using a relaxed state, back in time. This is achieved through the memories stored in the subconscious, those memories being the ones of, we believe, previous lives.

We unconsciously carry forward experiences, attitudes, and relationship dynamics from prior lives into our current lifetime. These experiences help to form our character and effect our behavior towards ourselves, others and life overall. Forgotten experiences from the past can in some cases contribute to emotional traumas which in turn could cause psychological challenges. 

Undertaking regression and exploring your past lives can present you with a new understanding of your own character and help you to figure out why you are drawn to certain places or have a particular interest in something or someone.


Past Life Regression facilitates the emotional resolution of past events and past lifetimes in order to achieve mind-body alignment. This occurs when the soul/mind resolves a fear or limiting belief and re-aligns with the body for sustainable wellness Past Life Regression is a very safe and gentle process. The unconscious mind, where past life memories reside, is selective in what it releases to the conscious mind -- it will allow the person to journey as deeply as they need to while providing those memories that are needed to facilitate healing.

A past life regression is different than a psychic reading.  I guide you to remember your own past life memories. I assist you in processing the memories and connecting them to what is happening for you in this present life. It is an active, not a passive process. 

The goal is for you to understand how traumas or experiences from past lifetimes influence your current journey and how you can move towards healing. 


A standard session may last for two hours. During the first part of the session, we will discuss why you want to do a past life regression and your intention for the session. We then discuss your present life including family history, your childhood, and any challenges that you may be going through now. This not only helps me guide you in your journey but will also prime your subconscious to release fear about the process. In the regression, I have you move into a comfortable position with your eyes closed. We then move into a meditation to relax the body and then move into the regression journeying. This usually lasts 60 minutes depending on how many lives we visit. After the session, we then discuss any emotions or thoughts that came up for you as well as any additional tools to assist in the healing process.

 It's not important to determine if what comes to mind is a metaphor, symbol, a real memory or imagination. What's important is the emotion or aha moments that come up. Surrender to the process and let it flow. If you allow the rational side of the mind take over then it will try to control everything trying to make sure everything is perfect or suited to taste. For example, it may decide that it doesn't think you would ever marry someone named "X" and will analyze to try to come up with a better choice. This over-thinking will cause you to breeze right by the important moment taking place in your journey. Therefore, just experience the moments and let your subconscious come through. 

I always think of a quote from Harry Potter when explaining this to my clients -- "Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on Earth should that mean that it is not real?" (J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows)  


Each session will invoke a different experience or benefit. 

You may re-member a past life that may help you to understand trends in current relationships with family, partners or friends. Or you may understand your life purpose in a clearer way. It may also assist with healing physical parts of the body. 
Perhaps the greatest benefit is the knowledge that the soul never dies and is a multi-dimensional and infinite being.
