A Reflection

The Ego Says:

You won't make it through this storm and chaos.

The Soul Anwers:

I am the STORM, the CHAOS and the LIGHT

that will emerge afterwards.

If life has taught me anything it was that I needed the darkness to remember that I was the light.

Fear and the mind will tell you that you can't get through an obstacle, challenge or a difficult situation.

And while the situation may be tough know they do not last forever, and the light is always there ready to shine afterwards.

So, take one step at a time and BREATHE, the storm will pass.
